Last updated July 14, 2026

Inkwell is a home for original comic-book creators. To keep it that way, the following content and conduct is prohibited. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.

1. Illegal Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Zero tolerance. We report to authorities.
  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide.
  • Content that violates export control, sanctions, or other applicable law.

2. Infringing Content

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights. See our DMCA Policy.
  • Impersonating real people without consent, including deepfakes.

3. Harmful Content

  • Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
  • Hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities.

4. Adult Content

Sexually explicit content is not permitted on Inkwell at this time. Mature themes (violence, mild nudity in an artistic context) may be allowed if clearly flagged. This may change as we introduce age verification.

5. Abuse of the Service

  • Automated scraping or bulk-downloading of comics you do not own.
  • Reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to bypass paywalls or auth.
  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Abusing AI image generation to overload the Service.

6. Reporting

Report violations to hello@inkwell.example. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA process.
